Promotion

Elder is trust, not a timer.

Promotion is not granted just for asking or for being present a few days. Elder means leadership can trust a member to set the right example.

A strong candidate is active, donates what is asked, uses war attacks, helps newer members, and stays calm in chat.

Reliable war record Shows up prepared and uses attacks with a plan.

Balanced donations Gives troops regularly and respects request details.

Helpful attitude Answers questions and helps members improve.

Leadership fit Handles conflict with patience and follows clan direction.

Expectations

Elders help protect the clan standard. They should welcome the right recruits, remind members of rules, and escalate problems to leaders when needed.

Elder can be removed if a member becomes inactive, abuses authority, ignores war plans, or creates problems in chat.
